Roger Yuan

Roger Yuan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Business Manager for Customer & Network Performance at Auckland Transport since July 2019. In this role, Roger focuses on core finance to collaborate with the Director and senior leadership in shaping the newly formed business unit, implementing financial strategies that drive growth and optimize performance. Prior experience includes leading enterprise business planning as the Organisational Performance Lead at Auckland Transport, functioning as a Senior Financial Analyst at MediaWorks NZ, and holding the position of Finance Transformation Lead at Spark New Zealand. Roger also has extensive experience at Air New Zealand, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for the Tandem Travel Group and serving as a financial partner for direct sales teams. Roger holds a Graduate Diploma in Commerce, Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Auckland.
