Toni Laming

Toni is the Executive Director, Business Units at UniServices and is currently also filling the Director role for Future Learning Solutions. She is a senior executive and director with over 25 years’ experience in global organizations, including global leadership roles in Orica and Fonterra as well as in the international management consultancy, KPMG. Over the years she has led the design and redesign of strategy, operating models and efficiency initiatives that have achieved major business transformation, performance and profitability improvements. Her experience spans M&A, complex value chains, cultures and geographies with a major focus on Agribusiness, Industrial, Food, Building, Resources and Energy, and Start up and Professional services sectors. Her focus is building and growing the capability of organizations, the people – customers and the communities involved.

Toni is a proven leader in technology commercialization, digital innovation and transformation with major strengths in harnessing technology to add value to people and businesses in a way that creates better experiences but that also saves time and reduces cost. She is an early adopter of iterative, agile and human-centred design to achieve alignment and adoption of change within organizations, across stakeholders and teams.
