Tori McNoe serves as the Head of Investment Programmes at UniServices, overseeing national initiatives such as Return On Science, Momentum, and The Māori Investment Roopū for the Ministry for Business Innovation and Employment's Commercialisation Programmes since January 2021. With a focus on indigenisation and attracting Māori participation in investment, Tori previously held roles as Investment Development Lead and Programme Manager at UniServices. Tori is also a Founding Board Member of Co-Aotearoa, a Board Trustee at Science Alive!, and a Board Observer at Soul Capital. Tori’s leadership extends to Arowhenua Māori School as Chair of the Board of Trustees and previously served on various committees and advisory boards, including the Momentum Programme and Interim Regional Skills Leadership Group. Tori holds dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Arts from the University of Canterbury, complementing an extensive background in educational governance and representation within the University of Canterbury Students' Association.
