Amber Latham currently serves as the Workforce Planning and Administration Manager at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, training, and administration for the Venue and Event Operations department since April 2022. Previously, Amber held the position of Venue Services Administrator at Auckland Live and Conventions, where responsibilities included HR administration and support for the Event Services team. Amber's previous experience includes serving as the Centre and HR Administrator at Te Tuhi, focusing on HR and finance administration, and as the Visitor Host Team Leader at Te Uru - Waitākere Contemporary Gallery, managing visitor services and front-of-house operations. Additionally, Amber worked at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki in various roles, contributing to visitor experience over a 16-year tenure. Amber holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, as well as a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Auckland.
