Previously, Lynn held roles such as GM People and Capability at Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development (ATEED), Chief Human Resources Officer at T&G, HR Manager at Spark New Zealand, and Human Resources Manager at Auckland University of Technology. Lynn's experience includes developing people strategies, implementing leadership training, restructuring reporting lines, and overseeing generalist HR functions. Lynn has a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing from Langley Institute and a BA in Psychology & Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington.
