Caitlin Peddle

Caitlin Peddle, CPHR, currently serves as Vice President of People at Flair Airlines since January 2022, where previous roles include Interim Vice President, Director of Human Resources Operations, Senior Manager of HR Operations, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to Flair Airlines, Caitlin worked at Aurora Cannabis Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner from February 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, Caitlin held the position of Human Resources Generalist at IBI Group and worked as a Human Resources Consultant for West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. from September 2012 to May 2018. Caitlin Peddle earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Manitoba.
