Deserae Caldwell has extensive work experience in customer support and software development. Deserae started their career at TeleTech as a Customer Service Representative in October 2013 and worked there until April 2014. From April 2014 to April 2017, they worked as a Desktop Technician at Capgemini. Deserae then joined Auction Edge, Inc. in April 2017 as a Customer Support Representative and later became a Customer Support Representative II / Lookout Trainer from April 2020 to October 2021. Deserae then became a Customer Support Team Lead from November 2021 to March 2023, where they troubleshooted and solved customer issues, provided training, and ensured proper routing of support tickets and communication with customers.
