Yago González Ansias has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Yago started their career in 2015 as an Ayudante de tienda at EDEKA Aktiengesellschaft. In 2016, they worked as an Ayudante en supermercado at the same company for a few months.
In 2015, Yago also worked as a Profesor de apoyo at Deutsche Schule Madrid, where they provided support to students with difficulties in the classroom and assisted with teaching elementary students. Yago also helped organize training sessions for children at the school.
Yago joined Grupo Vips in 2017 as a Formador corporativo, where they trained employees within the organization.
In the same year, they also joined Housell as the Head of Sales School. Yago played a key role in the start-up environment, including managing selection processes.
From 2017 to 2019, Yago worked at Too Good To Go as a Sales Trainer and Coach. Yago contributed to the company's mission of reducing food waste by engaging with large food brands.
Yago's experience at C.B. Liceo Francés started in 2007, where they worked as an Entrenador de Baloncesto. Yago directed basketball groups of different ages, including children, youth, and adults.
Their most recent role is at Auctree, where they currently serve as a Sales Enablement Manager. Their responsibilities include onboarding and training new sales team hires, improving their skills, and managing the internal learning management system. Yago also maintains the content repository for Sales and Field Operations teams.
Yago González Ansias obtained their Licenciatura en Pedagogía degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2011 to 2013. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Master en Gestión de RRHH (Master's in Human Resources Management) from Aula Empresarial, focusing on the general administration of HR and human resource management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they studied Magisterio de Educación Primaria (Primary Education and Teaching) at Universidade de Vigo.

Using Auctree, they can recover their investment before repossession, saving both time & cost, as well as increasing their IRR. Buyers (i.e. Consumers, or Retail Investors) benefit by using Auctree as our platform allows for anybody to engage with these opportunities by i) providing widespread visibility (our platform is open to anybody) and ii) simplifying the purchase process (we remove complexity by providing turn-key solutions to buyers).
