Charu Ghadge

Charu Ghadge serves as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at auctusESG LLP since August 2020, focusing on strategic communications for emerging economies, climate resilience, and impactful climate finance solutions. Prior to this role, Charu was the Head of Marketing Communications at LunnArk Lighting from September 2014 to June 2019, where efforts were directed towards enhancing brand positioning and engagement. Additionally, Charu worked as an Executive Associate at the Confederation of Indian Industry, contributing to corporate communications and policy advocacy, and played a role in establishing the Indian Women Network. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Project Coordinator at Marico Innovation Foundation and Project Intern at Marico Limited, with educational credentials including a Diploma in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Xavier Institute Of Communications and a TYBA in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
