Troy Kanter

Troy Kanter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Troy serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of AuctusIQ, a sales performance improvement platform established in 2017, which focuses on enhancing revenue growth for global sales teams. In addition, Troy founded Goldenrod & Essex in 2013, an advisory firm dedicated to value creation strategies for management teams and private capital sponsors. Prior to these roles, Troy was the CEO of TwentyEighty from 2014 to 2017, leading a $300M learning and performance management organization. Troy's significant tenure at IBM Kenexa from 1997 to 2013 included serving as President and COO, overseeing substantial revenue growth, employee expansion, and successful acquisitions. Earlier career experiences include co-founding Human Resource Innovations and a Vice President role at Gallup. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications and Advertising from Doane University.
