Michael Fondo

Mike is a Managing Director and Tax Counsel for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2007, Mike was Director of Taxation at Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, Mike was Of Counsel at Nutter, McClennan Fish LLP. Mike served as an Attorney-Adviser to the Honorable Lawrence J. Whalen of the United States Tax Court and is a former adjunct professor in the L.L.M. program at Boston University School of Law.

Mike received a B.A, M.A, and J.D. from Boston University and his L.L.M. in Taxation from Chicago Kent School of Law.
