Remington Chin

Remington Chin is the Managing Director at Audax Private Debt, where he has been working since December 2006. He is responsible for originating and sourcing Middle Market financing opportunities from Private Equity firms, underwriting and executing principal investments, leading due diligence and financial modeling, structuring financing term sheets, and managing the portfolio. Prior to his current role, Remington worked as an Analyst at CIBC World Markets. He holds a BS in Finance from The Wharton School.
