Thomas F. Noto serves as Managing Director at Audax Private Debt since February 2017, following a 22-year tenure at GE Capital where notable roles included Managing Director and leading various finance and business development initiatives. In the capacity of Senior Relationship Banker, Thomas specialized in sourcing corporate finance transactions from various financial entities and assessing debt and equity opportunities. Thomas also managed a $5.0 billion portfolio of senior bank loan participations and played a pivotal role in driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives. An alumnus of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management, Thomas further advanced education through the GE Financial Management Program.
