Christopher Costantini is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and the arts. Currently serving as an Analyst at Audax Private Equity since August 2024, Christopher previously held the position of Executive Director at Princeton Ring and Frame, where revenue was doubled year-over-year and gross margin was increased by 10%. Christopher's experience includes a summer analyst role at Audax Private Equity and participation in an Institutional Investment Bootcamp at Princeton University Investment Company. As a board member and union representative for the American Guild of Musical Artists, Christopher played a key role in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and establishing health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Christopher also has a rich history in dance, having worked as a teacher and dancer for Kansas City Ballet and as a company artist with Oregon Ballet Theatre. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University, with an educational foundation established at The Lawrenceville School.
