Timothy Porter

Timothy Porter is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director at Audax Private Equity since December 2019, Timothy previously held the position of Principal at Audax Group from April 2008 to December 2019, contributing to the management of over $11 billion in capital for middle market companies. Prior to this, Timothy worked at L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate, focusing on corporate strategy, value management, and due diligence, and began a career as a Junior Associate at Vista Research, a division of Standard & Poor's. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Duke University and has also studied at IES Barcelona.
