Uwe Reichel

Senior Researcher at audEERING GmbH

Uwe Reichel is a Senior Researcher at audEERING GmbH since 2018, specializing in speech analysis, natural language processing, clinical voice analysis, and machine learning, while also serving as a project lead. Concurrently, Reichel has been a Senior Researcher at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences since November 2015, focusing on speech analysis, computational prosody, and language typology. Prior to these roles, Reichel was a Research Fellow at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2002 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing speech processing and NLP webservices, contributing to research infrastructure (CLARIN-D), and teaching speech science and technology. Uwe Reichel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Speech Science, Natural Language Processing, and Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität.
