Naomi Austin

Naomi Austin is a seasoned professional in product research, currently serving as a Product Research Manager at Strava since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior Product Researcher. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Lloyds Banking Group as User Research & Strategy Lead and ARRIVAL as Lead User Researcher. Naomi has also held senior user researcher roles at Sensat and Monzo Bank, and earlier positions at Google, StepStone, reed.co.uk, and REED. Naomi's career began with a research and development internship at Cardiff University, focused on surgical training innovations.
