Émilie Filiatrault, CCP, CRHA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Émilie is currently working at Taiga Motors as the Head of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll. Prior to this, Émilie held various roles at Fiera Capital, including Director of Global Total Rewards and Director of Total Rewards for the Canadian Division. Émilie also worked as a Compensation & Performance Consultant at PCI - Perrault Conseil Inc. In addition, Émilie has experience as a Manager of Total Rewards & HR Systems at Roche, Advisor of Compensation and HRIS at Bell Média, Compensation Consultant at Intact, and Associate Consultant of Compensation and HR at Normandin Beaudry. Their work experience spans from 2007 to the present, showcasing their expertise and knowledge in the field.

Émilie Filiatrault obtained their Bachelor's degree in Administration and Human Resources from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. Émilie completed their degree from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have earned two certifications: Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork, which they obtained in July 2013, and CRHA (Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, which they obtained in May 2007.
