Kristina Pankov

Kristina Pankov is a Learning & Development Expert at Audemars Piguet since June 2023 and a freelance Education and Learning Technologies Consultant since February 2023. With extensive experience in learning strategy and training management, Kristina previously served as a Project Manager for Group Learning & Knowledge Strategy at BOBST, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of learning initiatives to enhance organizational culture and talent retention. Additional roles include Co-Founder of MySwissBot, Learning & Training Lead at Galderma, and Training Project Coordinator at Cegos Swiss. Kristina holds a Master's degree in Organizational Learning in Action from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in Lithuanian Language and Literature from Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas.
