Nicole Dominik

Nicole Dominik currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Audemars Piguet since March 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of VP of Human Resources at Cereal Partners Worldwide, affiliated with Nestlé and General Mills, from October 2019 to January 2025. Earlier experience includes roles at Nestlé Nespresso as Global Learning and Organization Development Manager and Human Resources Director for Nespresso Suisse, as well as European Human Resources Manager at Nestlé Purina Pet Care from September 2007 to June 2011. Nicole completed a Coaching Certification at Henley Business School in the UK in 2010 and holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Institut Universitaire des Hautes Etudes Internationales, completed in 2001.
