Mr. Amitabh Kumar Singh leads the Bank's Human Capital strategy, aligning it with business goals and regulatory requirements. He plays a key role in strengthening succession planning, governance and overall organizational effectiveness. His focus is on attracting and retaining top talent, developing a robust leadership pipeline and nurturing a culture built on performance, integrity, inclusion and innovation. Additionally, he champions employee experience by driving engagement initiatives and promoting employee well-being. Amitabh brings with him 28 years of extensive work experience in Human Resources. This includes over two decades in strategic and leadership roles within the ICICI Group, where he last served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ICICI Home Finance. His career spans across organizations such as Mphasis Limited, Tata Interactive Systems, Atos Origin Consulting and Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he consistently drove transformative HR initiatives in the areas of organizational transformation, leadership evolutions and cultural alignment. He has spearheaded the digitisation of HR processes and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources (PMIR) from XISS, Ranchi.
