Evan Loomis

Evan Loomis is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur, currently serving as a General Partner at Overmatch Ventures and an Advisor at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). As a Co-Founder of ICON3D and a Founding Partner of Saturn Five, a holding company focused on launching startups, Evan leverages extensive experience in company formation and early-stage investments. Additionally, Evan holds multiple board positions at EMCJET, Roadrunner Venture Studios, and the Texas Space Commission, and serves as a Venture Partner at Audere Capital LLC. A Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Kauffman Fellow, Evan combines a solid educational foundation in finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a commitment to transforming deep technology into impactful ventures.
