Ian Eishen

Ian Eishen serves as the Director of the Global Public Sector at Aalyria, focusing on advancements in free space optics and network orchestration since November 2022. Concurrently, Eishen is involved with the Outernet Council in Growth and Strategic Partnerships, and holds a position as a Venture Partner at Audere Capital LLC. As a Presidential Leadership Scholar, Eishen engages in collaboration on venture capital and impact investing. Eishen has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum since August 2020, promoting innovation in national security. An advisor to AZAK and active on the Artificial Intelligence Workforce Subcommittee for the DoD Joint Artificial Intelligence Center, Eishen previously held multiple leadership roles in the United States Air Force, culminating in the position of Director of Emerging Technology and Innovation Policy. Eishen's extensive experience encompasses advising on artificial intelligence initiatives, leading large-scale innovation efforts, and developing training programs for personnel across various technology sectors.
