Asif Hoosen

Asif Hoosen has a strong background in the automotive industry, with their most recent position being the Head of Retail, Planning & Supply Chain at Audi South Africa. In this role, they were responsible for the national retail operations, including dealer, rental, government, and corporate fleet divisions. Asif also oversaw volume and production planning as well as supply chain management. Prior to this, Asif held the position of Head of Marketing, Product, and PR at Audi South Africa. Asif has also worked at Volkswagen South Africa, where they served as the Head of Sales, responsible for managing the VW franchised dealer network and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they have experience at SEAT, SA as the National Sales Manager, overseeing sales and marketing activities, and at Volkswagen South Africa as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales in specific regions. Throughout their career, Asif has consistently focused on achieving sales and customer service targets while also managing inventory and product planning.

Asif Hoosen attended Raisethorpe Secondary School from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Natal from 1993 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
