Andreas Gaile is an experienced professional in digital business and customer engagement, currently serving as the Director of Digital Business & Loyalty at AUDI AG since October 2023, where responsibility includes P&L oversight for global software-driven D2C initiatives. Prior to this role, Andreas held the position of Head of Connectivity Sales & Customer Engagement at Volkswagen Passenger Cars from January 2020 to September 2023, leading efforts to enhance connectivity services and E-Commerce solutions in Europe. Earlier experience at Monitor Deloitte as a Manager in Automotive Strategy involved supporting global organizations in strategic decision-making. Andreas also served as a Product Manager After-Sales at Airbus Group and completed a dual study program in After-Sales and Integrated Logistics. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, complemented by a study abroad program at UC Santa Barbara.
