Michael Findel began their career with an apprenticeship as an IT System Electronics Technician at Siemens from 2005 to 2008. They later served as a Hardware Developer at BFFT GmbH and held various assistant roles while pursuing their education. Michael earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Regenerative Energy - Electrical Engineering from Hochschule München and a Master of Science in Energy Technology from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. They also obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Technische Hochschule Deggendorf. Currently, Michael is a Functional Safety Manager at AUDI AG and was previously an Expert in Functional Safety at TÜV SÜD.
