Cynthia Zolnowski

Cynthia Zolnowski is a seasoned User Experience Researcher with a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Audible since November 2018, Cynthia previously worked at Capital One as a Principal User Experience Researcher, where leadership in Human-Centered Design projects involved understanding user needs through various research methodologies. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Research Analyst at USAA, Usability Engineer at USPTO, and Instructional Designer at DoDEA and Central Texas College, where Cynthia focused on user-centered design processes, usability testing, and the development of web-based courses and resources.
