Lauren Christiana

Lauren Christiana is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in leading HR strategy and managing global teams. Currently serving as a Senior HR Leader at Audible, Inc. since May 2014, Lauren oversees HR Business Partners across diverse functions including Finance, Marketing, and Legal, while also contributing to Audible's People Principles. Previous roles include Director of HR Business Partner and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Founder & CEO at Audible. Prior to joining Audible, Lauren spent nearly a decade at Toys R Us in key positions such as Executive Partner to EVP, Stores and Services, and Assistant Buyer. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Saint Peter's University.
