Lea Cecilia Ianchello is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in technology-focused human resources roles. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Leader for Tech at Audible since April 2022, Ianchello collaborates directly with the CTO and leads a team of HR Business Partners and HR Partners.
