Taylor Paone

Taylor Paone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace experience and employee culture. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience Program Manager at Audible since November 2022, Taylor previously held leadership roles at DailyPay, Inc., including Director of Employee Experience and Culture. Experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center involved developing strategies to enhance patient experiences, while earlier roles included teaching English as a second language in Colombia and at Greenheart Travel. Taylor's career began with positions that included Liability Claims Examiner at Greater New York Insurance Companies and various internships and volunteer roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing experiences for both employees and clients.
