Vicki Melignano

Vicki Melignano is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within major organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR Business Partners at Audible, Inc. since August 2017, Vicki partners with executive leaders to develop strategies that attract and retain top talent while leading organizational design efforts. Prior to this role, Vicki spent 36 years at JPMorgan Chase, progressing from various HR Business Partner positions to Global HR Business Partner, managing HR operations for multiple client groups and leading significant transformation projects. Vicki holds an M.B.A. in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Economics from Barnard College.
