Shereen Rashwan

Shereen Rashwan is an experienced customer success professional with a diverse background in client relations and operations. Currently, Shereen serves as a Customer Success Manager at Audience Republic since September 2024, following a similar role at Intellitix from November 2022 to September 2024. Prior to these positions, Shereen worked as a Customer Experience Operations Specialist at #paid and owned Bistro 290. Shereen began a career in customer success at AdRoll and universe.com, holding the title of Customer Success Manager in both companies. Educationally, Shereen graduated with an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, after attending Western University. Early experiences include an internship at Tequila Tromba and an administrative role at Prairie Sky Crop Solutions.
