Diane Dyka

Diane Dyka is an accomplished organizational development professional with extensive experience in leading change management and capability uplift initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organisational Development at Audinate since December 2025, Diane previously held key roles at Adbri, including Organisational Development & Change Manager and Learning & Organisational Development Manager, where responsibilities spanned nationwide integration efforts and leadership development programs. Diane’s expertise includes designing and evaluating development programs, managing commercial excellence initiatives, and coaching stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include positions with Veolia, Qantas, Zurich Australia, Bupa, Fujitsu, Electrolux Group, NEHTA, and SC Johnson, contributing to a comprehensive background in learning, talent development, and human resources. Diane holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Economics from the University of Cologne, as well as a Cert IV in Training and Assessment from the University of Technology Sydney.
