Joel Dougherty

Joel Dougherty is responsible for leading global experts through functional and performance system requirement considerations that enable AVI-SPL to reach its best possible future state. Joel oversees and manages system implementation, change management, training, and adoption. With AVI-SPL for nearly 30 years, the last nine as Regional Vice President of the North Florida Region, Joel has had an excellent track record of collaboration, achieving results, developing employees, and remarkably high customer satisfaction.
