Ash Brown, PMP has worked in the technology industry since 1995. In 1995, they began their career at Intergraph as a Performance Analysis Engineer. In 1998, they moved to Lexmark as an Embedded Firmware Developer and Project Manager - Firmware Development. In 2008, they joined MEI as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. In 2012, they became the Software Engineering Manager at Emerson Process Management. Most recently, in 2014, they became the Director of Quality and Innovation at Audio Visual Technologies Group, Inc. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leading teams of local and offshore software engineers, overseeing design and engineering of complex technology integration projects, implementing and overseeing cross-functional business processes, and managing project execution and deployment.

Ash Brown, PMP has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they began their studies at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 1998. In 2011, they obtained a PMP certification from Villanova University in Foundations in Project Management. In 2012, they completed a course in Agile Project Management with Scrum at Penn State University.
