Davian Marlow

Davian Marlow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the tech industry. Davian began their career in 2014 as a Tech Tier 2 at Cbeyond, where they successfully managed multiple projects and conducted remote troubleshooting processes. In 2016, they joined Comcast as a NOC specialist, where they utilized monitoring tools, assisted with escalation requests, and resolved customer incidents. In 2018, Davian joined Colonial Pipeline Company as a TOC Technician, where they implemented scalability and failover measures, handled level III escalations, and performed lab testing. Currently, they work at AudioCodes as a Managed Services Engineer, leveraging their expertise to provide high-quality services to clients.
