Jasper Filon started their work experience in 2003 as a software engineer at Rits Tele.com BV, where they worked until 2005. Jasper then joined BBeyond as a VoIP Engineer until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Developer at CAIW, focusing on building a B2B VoIP product and integrating acquired businesses into the organization. In 2010, they joined gnTel BV as a Senior VoIP Specialist, leading the operations and support team and handling various technical responsibilities. In 2016, they moved to H2B Consulting as a Senior IT Specialist until 2018. Currently, they are working at AudioCodes as a Sales Engineer, first in the role of Sales Engineer for Service Providers BeNeLux and then as Sales Engineer for Strategic Accounts BeNeLux & Nordics.

Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional Exam Badge from Microsoft.
