Madnish Garg (Mady)

Madnish (Mady) Garg has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Madnish (Mady) is currently working at AudioCodes as the Regional Sales Director for Contact Center, APAC. Prior to this, they worked at Verizon Business as the Regional Sales Lead for Advanced Communication from 2015 to 2019.

Before joining Verizon Business, Mady was employed at Avaya where they held various positions. Madnish (Mady) started as the National Solution Manager in December 2009 and later became the Client Principal for Global Accounts in APAC from May 2013 to June 2015.

Mady's career started at Nortel Networks India as a Senior Technology Consultant (Pre Sales) from August 2005 to December 2009. Their role involved designing and providing consultancy for Converged Voice, Unified Communications, and Contact Center Solutions. Madnish (Mady) assisted customers, channel partners, and colleagues in understanding the technology advantages and value propositions.

Prior to Nortel Networks India, Mady worked at Wipro Infotech Ltd as a Technology Specialist from January 2004 to August 2005. Madnish (Mady) also gained experience at GTL Limited as a Service Executive from September 2002 to January 2004 and at Infovergix as an Engineer from June 2001 to September 2002.

Madnish (Mady) Garg completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communications from Bangalore University from 1994 to 1998. Madnish (Mady) then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Information Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Madnish has obtained several certifications. These include the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition): Introduction to the AWS Cloud from Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Amazon Connect Primer from AWS, the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2019 Certified Architect Associate and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle. Madnish (Mady) has also completed the Digital Transformation course from LinkedIn, as well as the Google Cloud Platform Essential Training, Strategic Thinking, The Art of Connection: 7 Relationship-Building Skills Every Leader Needs Now (getAbstract Summary), and What to Do in the First 90 Days of Your New Job courses from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed the Leading with Big Data Analytics & Machine Learning course from NUS Business School and obtained the PMI PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
