Marco Oishi

Marco Oishi has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Marco started their career in 2004 as a Planning Technician at Alcatel, where they were involved in managing and coordinating GSM sites implementation across various regions in Brazil. Marco then joined TMais in 2005 as a Telecommunications Engineering Coordinator, responsible for operating and maintaining the VoIP NGN system. At TMais, they also conducted tests, homologated new devices, and delivered technical training to employees, partners, and customers. Since 2010, Marco has been working at AudioCodes. Marco initially worked as a Technical Support Engineer, providing support and troubleshooting for various systems and devices. Marco then transitioned to the role of Field Application Engineer, where they provided support to customers in Brazil and LATAM, analyzed and debugged advanced problems, and collaborated with HQ R&D to resolve issues.

Marco Oishi began their education at Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo in 1990, where they pursued a degree as a Telecommunications Technician. Marco successfully completed this program in 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2005, Marco attended FEI, where they pursued an Electric Engineering Degree with a specialization in Telecommunications.
