Pankaj Ratnawat

Pankaj Ratnawat is a seasoned professional in technical sales and solutions architecture, currently serving as the Technical Sales Manager and Regional Manager-West at AudioCodes since March 2022, specializing in SaaS-based UCaaS, CCaaS, DAAS, and AI collaboration solutions. Previously, Pankaj held positions at Polycom from September 2017 to March 2022 as a Technical Sales Manager, focusing on pre-sales technical support and serving as a trusted advisor for Poly products. Pankaj also worked as a Solutions Architect at ShoreTel from December 2012 to July 2017, overseeing techno-commercial leadership in the Indian market. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in Presales at MITEL Networks from October 2009 to December 2012.
