Currently serving as a Policy Manager at Audit Scotland for the Accounts Commission, Joe has previously worked at COSLA, Scottish Information Commissioner, Police Scotland, and University of Aberdeen, among others. Additionally, Joe has been actively involved in the Information and Records Management Society (IRMS) in various leadership roles.
