Alison Dacey FCIPD is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations and roles, currently serving as the People & OD Partner at Audit Wales since February 2024. With a background that includes founding Dacey Consulting in 2000 as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, Alison has provided expert support in areas such as recruitment, employment law, and performance management. Previous positions include Head of HR at Boulders Indoor Climbing Centre, HR Employer Consultant at Chwarae Teg, and HR Manager roles at UPG Wales and Cellnovo Ltd, among others. An educational foundation in Law & Employment Relations and Human Resource Management complements Alison’s practical experience in HR strategy and management.
