Non Jenkins, MCIPR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Welsh and Music from Cardiff University. Currently serving as an Audit Manager at Audit Wales since May 2006, Non leads a corporate culture change program aimed at transforming the organization’s culture, significantly enhancing staff engagement and satisfaction. Non has also held positions as Improvement Assessment Lead and Relationship Manager, overseeing various audit, inspection, and improvement programs across Wales. Prior to Audit Wales, Non contributed to the Local Government Department of the Welsh Government and served as a Corporate Governance Specialist at the Audit Commission, where expertise in governance and democratic engagement in local government was developed. Early career experience includes leading corporate policy and partnerships at Carmarthenshire County Council, focusing on governance and community engagement initiatives.
