Paula Guerra Gil

Paula Guerra Gil currently serves as the Director of Finance at Auditi, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Paula was the Head of Finance at heyData from September 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included financial operations management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and alignment of financial goals with strategic objectives. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor at Crowe Spain from February 2021 to September 2022 and as Supervising Senior in Audit Financial Services at KPMG España from September 2015 to February 2021. Earlier career experiences include internships in internal audit and finance at ANECOOP S. COOP, and trading and financial market analysis at Amplify Trading. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Audit from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Valencia, and a Specialized Diploma in Stocks and Financial Markets from ADEIT| Fundación Universidad- Empresa. Additional academic experience includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nottingham.
