Edgar Gutierrez is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Auditive since June 2022, Edgar is involved in innovative projects that leverage the latest technologies across the development life cycle. Previously, Edgar held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Doma, focusing on team creation and development of backend services and frontend applications. Edgar's career includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at Esurance, where leadership of a core platform team was pivotal in building reusable libraries and managing API tools. Additionally, Edgar has worked as a .Net Senior Developer at Axis Technical Group and Hildebrando, and held a managerial role at Banco Azteca, overseeing system development for severance payment calculations across multiple countries. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Management from Universidad Pedregal del Sur.
