Taya Penn

Taya Penn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in vertical transportation strategy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive and Training Manager at AuditMate since April 2023, Taya has previously held roles at Otis Elevator Co. as a Field Service Supervisor and at KONE Americas as a Sales Consultant. Taya's tenure at Schindler Elevator Corporation involved significant responsibilities, including leading new project initiatives and enhancing sales team performance. Academic experience includes teaching positions at Tulane University, where marketing and organizational behavior courses were instructed, and conducting research in the School of Business. Taya holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Morgan State University.
