Bongi Ngoma Ca

Bongi Ngoma CA(SA) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management and internal auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Executive and Chief Financial Officer at the Auditor-General of South Africa since November 2012, Bongi has been recognized as a multi-award winner, including CFO of the Year 2021, and is actively involved in mentoring and coaching. Prior experience includes leading the Internal Audit Department and managing finance operations at the Industrial Development Corporation of SA Ltd. from 2000 to 2012, and training at Ernst & Young from 1997 to 2000. Bongi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has contributed significantly to the development of financial policies and risk assessments throughout a diverse career in finance.
