Prashini Pena Alfonso

Prashini Pena Alfonso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development, project management, and organizational support. Currently serving as a Talent and Leadership Development Partner at the Auditor-General of South Africa since March 2013, Prashini manages training needs, develops programs, delivers training interventions, and focuses on continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Prashini worked at AboutLearning from March 2006 to January 2012 as a Project Manager in Education, Training, and Development, overseeing various projects and ensuring compliance with skills development and quality management. Previous positions include Company Secretariat Support Manager at Transport for London and Project Administrator/Research Assistant at the University of Durban Westville. Prashini holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology and Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
