Sales Operations Specialist at Audley Travel

Adele Arnold has extensive work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Adele began their career in 2005 as a General Assistant at Jupps Fish and Chips. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Checkout Assistant at Sainsbury's. Adele then moved on to The Oak Barn Bar and Restaurant, where they served as a Waitress and Bar Tender from 2009 to 2011, and later as an Assistant Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Adele pursued their passion for travel and worked as a Brand Ambassador for Various Promotion Companies. Adele also embarked on a period of independent travel during this time. In 2014, they joined STA Travel as a Travel Expert, and in 2017, they were promoted to Assistant Manager. Adele then transitioned to Audley Travel in 2019, starting as a Senior Travel Consultant and later taking on the role of Sales Operations Specialist in 2021. Their diverse roles and experiences in the travel and hospitality industry have equipped Adele with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in providing exceptional customer service and travel assistance.

Adele Arnold attended Burgess Hill Girls from 1997 to 2008, where they obtained their A Levels. Adele holds additional certifications, including Thai Airways Air Fares and Ticketing-Level 1 from Thai Airways International in 2014, a Travel and Tourism Diploma Level 3 with Highest Honours from Distance Learning in 2014, and a Bar/Restaurant Personal Licence Holders Certificate (EDI Level 2 Award) from PERSONAL LICENCE COURSES LTD in 2011. Adele also has a Bronze Award from the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and Grade 5 Clarinet, Grade 8 Music Theory, and Grade 8 Singing certifications from ABRSM.
