Andy Gissing

Andy Gissing has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1988, they started their career at Hewlett Packard as a Central Test Manager, where they managed a team of 90 people and was responsible for delivering critical KPIs. Andy then worked at Zarlink Semiconductor as a Production Manager from 1996 to 1999. After that, they joined Landrell Limited as a Factory Manager, overseeing a production and installation team of 40 people. During their time there, they worked on projects such as the Millennium Dome and Glastonbury Pyramid Stage. From 2002 to 2009, Andy worked at Linac Limited, initially as a Learning & Development Sales Manager & Lead Facilitator, and later as a Learning & Development Director. Andy managed key client relationships and projects, as well as a panel of 20 associate trainers. Following this, they joined Lloyds Pharmacy as a Learning & Development Manager from 2009 to 2012. Andy then returned to Linac Limited as a Senior Learning Architect from 2012 to 2019. In 2020, Andy had two roles: they worked as a People Development Project Lead at A-Plan Insurance from January to July, and then joined CHELTENHAMBUILD LIMITED as a Development Projects Manager from September 2020 to January 2023. Currently, they are a People Development Partner at Audley Travel, starting in January 2023.

Andy Gissing completed their education at Northgate High School from 1980 to 1985. Andy then pursued an MBA degree from UWCN from 1999 to 2002. No specific field of study was provided for either of their educational experiences.
